How long do I have to download my video clip after I have purchased it?
Your video lesson will be available for 24 hours after your purchase

My video lesson downloaded successfully but it will not play on my computer
Check and make sure that you are running the most up to date version of REAL Player or QUICKTIME Player on your computer. Other digital media players may work but these are our two recommended players. If you have tried this and still have no success you may want to try downloading your video lesson again as the file may not have downloaded correctly the first time. If none of these options work contact help@mysk8coach.com

Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its credit limit. You may have not entered the correct billing address or cvv2 code from your card. There may have been a computer or network error during transaction. You should try the card again If it doesn’t work we recommend that you try another credit card

Where should I store my downloaded video lesson on my computer?
You can store your downloaded video lesson anywhere you like on your own computer. Just make sure that you remember the location where you saved your download file, and the name of the file. If you choose to save to your Desktop this often allows you to find the file quickly and then store the digital in a folder of your choosing. We have designed our video lessons to work with Apple’s iTunes so if you use iTunes for your digital music you can add your video lessons to your iTunes movies library

I have finished downloading the video lesson; where do I find it?
The best way to know where your video lesson is saved is to pay close attention to the “Save As” window at the beginning of the download process. Once you have clicked the download button and selected the option to save the file, you will be presented with the “Save As” window which shows you exactly where your video lesson is being saved on your computer. If you know the filename you can always search for the file on your computer

Can I play my video lesson on my iPod?
Yes! One of the great things about MySk8Coach video lessons is that you can play them any time, any where. All of our lessons are designed to work with iPods and smart phones. Just copy the video lesson onto your iPod or phone as you would with any music

How long will it take for a video lesson to download?
The download time will vary due to a number of factors. The length of the video lesson itself, your internet connection speed, and internet traffic and congestion are all factors that will affect your download speed, in most areas however a video will download in well under one minute!
